Return And Refund Policy

At Aureon Labs, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains when and how you may return a product and the conditions under which refunds are issued. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 90 calendar days from the delivery date, provided the product meets the eligibility conditions in Section 2. Returns requested after 90 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In reasonable condition (gentle wear from in-home use is acceptable for our 90-night sleep trial);
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items that are NOT returnable:

  • Digital content, downloads, audio guides, video content, and any materials delivered electronically (including, without limitation, the Recovery Vault and any VIP digital benefits), which are considered delivered and consumed upon access;
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase;
  • Gift cards and store credits;
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification.

3. How To Request A Return

Email hello@aureonlabs.com within the return window with:

  • Order number;
  • Reason for return;
  • Photos of the product.

Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions, including a prepaid shipping label or QR code for drop-off.

4. Return Shipping

Aureon Labs covers return shipping for all eligible returns. We provide a prepaid UPS label or QR code for drop-off at any UPS location. You do not pay return shipping fees.

We do not require items to be packed in the original packaging. Mattress toppers may be folded or rolled compactly into any suitable box or heavy-duty bag, as long as the item is securely packed for transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved returns: refund issued to the original payment method, typically within 7 business days of inspection;
  • We do not charge restocking or handling fees;
  • Original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error;
  • Refunds may take 5-10 additional business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return + new order. Contact hello@aureonlabs.com if you would like to exchange a product, and we will guide you through the process without delay.

7. Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

8. Membership Refunds

Charges associated with the Aureon Recovery Club membership — including trial-to-paid conversions, monthly subscription fees, and credits issued under the program — are governed by the Aureon Recovery Club Membership Agreement and are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Digital benefits (audios, guides, videos, tracker, Recovery Vault) are considered delivered and consumed upon access to your account and are non-refundable.

If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, no charge will be made. If you cancel after a paid billing cycle begins, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle and no prorated refund is issued.

9. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order before it ships by emailing hello@aureonlabs.com with your order number. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a return after delivery.

10. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved directly and quickly with our support team. Initiating a chargeback for a charge that is valid under this policy or the Membership Agreement may result in termination of your account and a permanent ban from future purchases.
