I adore these insoles. I have a high instep and these provide the support I need to keep my feet from hurting. They are easy to put in and function as advertised. They relieve the pain and are very reasonably priced. I have ordered additional ones so I have them in all of my shoes.

They significantly changed the way my feet felt. Initially, walking in them felt very strange, probably because the texture altered the area of ​​my foot receiving the sensory stimulus. Immediately, they transformed a pair of work boots into something I could walk several kilometers in. I've bought a few more pairs since then, including one for my wife and another for her regular sneakers.

These are the only insoles I buy. I already have three pairs and they are very comfortable. I had plantar fasciitis in my right foot and bought insoles from a famous brand, but it didn't help at all. I can say that the pain is gone!!! I bought a pair for one of my clients who is always on his feet, and he came here and made me buy more for him. They last about six months and I replace them, but for the price, they are well worth it.
