I tested this on my first day of college when cramps hit me at the worst moment. Honestly, it was a godsend. On the highest setting, it lasts about 4 hours. The vibration is a bit too loud for classes. As shown in my photos, it's wonderfully discreet! I wore it with loose-fitting pants to help hide it. The elastic waistband can be easily adjusted to fit your needs and made looser or tighter. I have a 34-inch waist, and it fit perfectly. The highest setting gets scalding hot, so if you like that, you're in luck. You can even wear it while using the bathroom. I wish I had had this product in previous classes and jobs. I can tell it will help me get through many difficult days.

I like it; the massager works well in different modes. I like the fourth mode. The heat gets VERY HOT! So, I just keep it on 1 and it's good enough for me! Haha. It helps a lot with my cramps, as they get very hard and irritating. It doesn't make them go away, but it helps because I've been going around doing things I wouldn't normally do when I have strong cramps. I definitely recommend it, I love it!!

This warmer/massager is amazing for menstrual cramps. It gets quite hot, so use with caution. The massage isn't too intense, but it's enough to help relieve the discomfort associated with menstrual cramps. And it was a very affordable purchase.
